A light snack that will help you cool off.

2 cucumbers, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt (such as Mountain High®)

1/2 clove garlic, crushed, or to taste

1 teaspoon crushed dried mint, or to taste

2 pinches salt

Directions

â‘  Mix cucumbers and yogurt together in a bowl. Mix in garlic until fully incorporated. Add mint and salt; mix well.
